The Brewery and Beverage Teamsters Local 67 Health and Welfare Plan
offers you and your family a large measure of financial security. Eligible
Teamster members have the following benefits:
Please contact the Fund Office for a packet of Information Eligibility for Benefit Coverage You are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the participating employer and Brewery and Beverage Teamsters Local 67; or, you are employed by an organization established or maintained by the Union or by the Union jointly with a contributing employer. A new or reinstated employee will be eligible for coverage for the remainder of an insurance period on the first day of the month following 3 full months of contributionsYou will remain eligible for insurance as of the first day of each period, provided contributions have been made to the Fund during the current eligibility period. There currently is no provision for coverage of Part Time employees.
