Franklin B. Myers
Frank is the Principal Officer of Local 67. As Secretary Treasurer, Frank oversees the day-to-day operation of the Union. With nearly 20 years as an officer and over 30 years as a member, Frank has spent years honing his skills as a labor negotiator and Union Representative. He serves on numerous boards, including Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Joint Council No. 55 and the Teamsters National Black Caucus. He also serves as an Eastern Regional Representative on the Teamsters National Human Rights Commission.

Local 67
Executive Board
The Executive Board is an elected body comprised of one Principal Officer (Secretary-Treasurer), and one President, who both work for the Local and 5 rank and file members who work full-time for Local 67 certified companies. The 5 rank and file members occupy the offices of Vice-President, Recording-Secretary, and 3 trustees. The Executive Board meets at least monthly to deal with the affairs of the Local. On a day-to-day basis the Local is managed by Secretary-Treasurer, Frank Myers with assistance from President John Sminkey. Drawn from various companies Local 67 represents, the Executive Board is able to draw on their diverse industry experience in addressing the interests and concerns of the membership.
